Skip it, if u just came from a tropical paradise. And please do not buy tickets in advance.

On of the starts for the staff on the phone who helped me with questions, she is super nice. Another two stars go to the designers who designed this aquarium which is absolute masterpiece— won’t get lost and very smooth for a tour which only took me 35 minutes to look entire place.

5 dollar for the 4D movie—20 minutes , adult admission for entry is $49.99 per person —40 minutes.

I really love the design with see through feeling and feel the ocean. But it’s just really nothing if uve been to many aquarium or just came from tropical islands.

By any chance u bought the ticket in advance, and you need to change a date, there is only one chance to switch a date but no refunded ticket will be issued. So I suggest you do not buy admission in advance and for the 4D movie only purchase in the ticket centers alone with ur admission. It’s not a trending place in Baltimore. Movie tickets purchase is on the back of admission ticketing which doesn’t not make it convenient.

The staffs who work here expect the Australian forest area, are not happy to work here. All look tired and no smile with no greetings.

Do not recommend this place, not even locals do not recommend here. Please visit museums or other places if you’d like, if there are more time left, come over here with kids or being an ocean lover who been live in a city for a long time will be happy to visit this place. Not mentioning the animals here are looking depressed to stay here.

I bought tickets in advance and I'm glad I did because they had a very long line to buy them in person. This place has some of my core childhood memories, especially the bubble tubes. I paid $25 for a dolphin tour which was informative, but they do not do dolphin shows like they did in the past. This is more educational. It was great. The Harbor lookout room had snack as well as beverages (beers and some alcohol for the adults) it was a good place to take a break as my friend and I spent hours in there, taking our time. I really enjoyed my time there.

Had a lot of fun going with the kids. All the employees were very helpful and talked to the kids about things going on with the animals and their habits. There were little exhibits outside to learn about how the animals would live in the wild.

Great collection of fish and other animals (including a sloth!). Watching the different types of fish swim around was both mesmerizing and entertaining. The biggest downside was how easy it was to get lost without a guide or more clear instructions on where to walk, I ended up looking up and downloading a map on my phone and thankfully I did because without it I almost missed a couple exhibits. Would also be nice if the price of admission were a little more affordable but overall a fun and different way to spend a day in Baltimore.

A good place to visit, especially for families and anyone who loves marine life. It has a wide variety of sea animals, including but not limited to sharks and dolphins. The exhibits are awesome allow closer view of animals. The rainforest section really makes you feel like you’re in a jungle. All of the staff is friendly, and they constantly educating visitors.

We did an 'Insiders tour' and it was a highlight of our DC trip. Our guides were friendly and helpful, and over the course of our 2 hour tour we were guided around both the public parts of the aquarium as well as a bunch of back spaces such as the kitchens, behind the displays, and with the folks caring for the animals. The kids also got to feed some of the fish. Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Expensive, but very much worth it. I would definitely recommend doing this if you can.

Really a cool experience to visit. I don't enjoy Baltimore to be honest but the aquarium is an exceptionally well designed and beautiful reason to visit. I appreciate how accessible it is for those who have mobility problems. I love the variety of environments for the fish. My one complaint is that the bathrooms are never super clean.
