This shop has one of the best collections of premium aquarium accessories that you would ever need from Canister filters to CO2 Tanks, filter medias etc. This is a dream place for all hobbyist Only trouble that you will spot is that the staff there are still getting there. The owner is very knowledgeable and extremely polite and the staff are still learning the tricks but will get there over a period of time. They don't sell any fishes currently but the owner did mention they plan to do so but will mostly be rare and exotic species which makes them a unique shop and lets be honest, if you are looking for cheap products this shop wont be your cup of tea either.

This the worst shop a hobbyist can buy products from, I ordered Seachem Kanaplex and Focus online almost couple of months ago, one of the item was delivered to me after multiple followups and pleading and another product was out of stock according to them… Till date I am requesting to refund the amount for the non delivered item (seachem kanaplex) they dont even bother to reply for the query sent in whatsapp… All the high ratings you see are fake and these guys are worst and I request hobbyist to not purchase items from this shop and then be disappointed. How long will it take to refund they are just dodging almost for 1 month now..

This place is a waste of money, they will rob you. Ordered 2 x Tica Aro-10 Tanning Lights @ Rs.8,500 each from their website for my Red Arowana, received 1 tube with the glass all shattered and broken. Followed what the website said and sent an email. Received a response from Tracy asking more clear pictures as they can't see where the glass is broken from! , so I added more pictures.

Very good customer service. As a customer who is newly petting fish, we learned a lot about it and also about how to maintain aquarium. Though we only have a small quantum.now, in case we plan to upgrade or suggest anyone,we would recommend this shop.

Whether you’re a beginner or an aquarist, THIS is definitely the place you should get your aquarium needs. Its easy to find aquarium shops all over Cochin but what sets this place apart is the incredibly helpful staff. Right from the top management to the staff at the counter, they’re professional and knowledgeable. Unlike other places, they don’t try to sell things we don’t need. Instead, they ask us our needs specifically and are more considerate about the fish. They make sure we understand it’s not all about aesthetics, and that, in the end, the fish needs to be happy. I have never dealt with pet shop staff to be so compassionate. Especially when it comes to aquatic life. Salute to you guys. Note: when you purchase anything or even adopt a fish, trust me, their post service to ensure the good health of your fish will be intact. ♥️

Thank god i haven’t purchased expensive stuff from this store..this will be my 1st and last purchase..no response from seller..didn’t even bother to respond to order status..purchased on 1st oct and its still processing on 9th oct.i wonder which dark age shipping policy you people are following
