Excellent service & prompt customer support. One of my order was delayed by courier provider resulting in melting of some aquatic plants i ordered. Reducing 1 star for my disappointment at 50% smaller plants compared to website images.
Ordered 2 Java Ferns on ss mesh hoping for atleast 4-Rhizome bunches in each (costed 4x of their single Java Fern plant) but received only few leaves in both plants. This is a very slow growing plant so need more leaves for the price.
Apart from that, happy about the packaging, fast delivery and healthy plants anyways. Customer support is good. ?

I made my first order with Himadri last week - for aquatic and indoor plants from Bangalore. I wanted to add some more items after making the order in the website and Manoj was kind enough to add the same in the same dispatch. The dispatch happened as stated. The plants were received in excellent condition in sealed plastic covers - which retained moisture. Other salient point is that plants were very healthy and clean. I will definitely go back to Himadri only for stocking the aquarium.

Follow up update - I ordered fish and shrimp from them on 10th May and received the same on 15th May 2024. I have added the packaging level photos and the fish photos (numbered 1 to 12). The outer packaging, which was a foot wear box suffered some damage; but the contents inside were in very good condition. It would be nice if Himadri could improve on the same. The fish and shrimp are of excellent quality as you can see from the photos. Excellent source for aquarium live stock and plants - at a reasonable price.

I purchased 3 times from Himadri aquatic. Nice packaging and plants arrived in very good condition only in 2 days from Kerala to Delhi. Plants were exactly same that I ordered. Very happy with the purchase and will buy more plants in future.
