I’ve been meaning to write a review for some time but finally got around to it! I became a customer here around Mother’s Day and can honestly say that I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my aquarium needs. So far I every employee I have met has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt embarrassed by my lack of knowledge and have been able to ask so many questions. The attention, customer service, and support here is wonderful. Special shout out to Phil and Teja for helping me start my first and second tanks!

if I could give this place a negative 100 stars I would this place is the worst place ever it is always disgustingly dirty in there never clean every time we get Something from there nine out of ten times It ends up dying and they are always rude and never Take accountability for anything their animals and live stock always looks sick. They don’t take good care of anything and the past six or seven times we have gone in there. We have seen the same chameleon with no trees or plants in a box with light and a heat lamp and one branch it always looks dehydrated and very sick. It has something growing out of the side of its mouth today we went and looked at it, and it looked even sicker. There was barely any water in the cage, and it wasn’t even walking towards us. It was crawling with its body towards the ground very slowly. I have had about 4 Or five chameleons in my life and never in my life have I seen such disgusting behavior toward an animal and it’s not just the first animal we have seen in that store that has looked malnourished and sick. They need to be shut down

The people here know what they are talking about. They are extremely helpful and kind and give great advice. I listened to their advice step by step and I have an excellent functioning aquarium, all the fish are healthy and the water is good. Highly recommend this place

Creation is where I go for all of my pet needs! I've been a customer for years and always receive great customer service! The staff is very attentive. I am in there a couple of times a week and enjoy wandering around looking at the animals and talking to the staff!

Robert helped us out with our first aquarium and we are very pleased. It took some problem solving on our part but Robert filled in the gaps and then some! He knows a lot about aquatic plants and gave us a lot of helpful advice. The other employees were also friendly and helpful. Cool experience. Nice set up and clean store. Will be going back 🙂

Manager was uninterested in helping us and seemed bothered by our presence. I didn’t love the way he spoke to his staff, and they had a limited supply/ selection.

Bummed because this is the place we have been coming for 5 years to get our fish so naturally when our tank broke we wanted to give our business to them for a new one and some more fish. Something has definitely changed in there.
