Bad thing I found this place ?I see another coral reef salt tank in my future. Nice place set up nice. Fish all look good and healthy. Their very knowledgeable and experienced. I had given up on fish tanks. So hard to find stuff without driving far. I'm doing happy dance.

Pros: the first time I called I spoke to a very helpful and informative customer service representative.. questions were answered and they even had the type of fish I wanted. Told him great, we would be by to get them...
Cons; most of the tanks were empty, 1 of the fish we specifically called about was sold ..
there was only one person trying to take care of 4 customers. After picking out our other fish, it took a long time to get them bagged. When we got home and I verified with the receipt, 2 fish from my order were missing. They were bagged because we watched him bag them !
One of the new fish we had just bought didn't even make it home.
Service was slow
*Edit I am sorry you didn't like my review. But did you really call me a liar? No Im not lying we were there on Friday afternoon. We spent $133.02 in your lil store and received poor service. AND along with the 1 neon tetra that died before it made it home, the other 3 died as well, so in all 4 of the neons we paid for a was a waste of money. My name is Krista not Dory. Silly lil fishy man, check your staff, and yes we did call first, you lost the charge to the phone and it was dead therefore your staff could answer the phone till he bought a new charger. No worries I won't be back nor recommend you. Your customer service stinks, like the dead fish you sold us. This shopping trip went belly up, like the fish you sold us did when we got home.

First time in this shop and this will be our go to place for our salt water needs from now on. A friend told us about them so we made the trip and it was definitely worth it! The owners Matt and Krystal along with their son Austin were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were mainly in the market for some coral and they did not disappoint. They had a lot more then any other fish store in our area and Matt said they were going to be over hauling their coral tank. I can't wait to see how it ends up because their coral was awesome and he even said they were running low on coral ? wow. They had coral viewing glasses for you to see their corals and I was amazed at the difference, I will post a picture without the glasses and with them and I think you will be amazed also. (The top picture is their rock anemones with the glasses and the bottom is without. The middle is a sea hare that kept poking his head out of the water lol)

We bought 2 frags of coral and ended up grabbing a flame hawkfish as well. All of his fish are quarantined prior to being added to the sales tanks and he runs copper in the fish tanks on the sales floor. This really gave us peace of mind.

He also was able to help up diagnose a problem we had (our sexy shrimp was hosting in our hammer coral irritating it that's why it was retracting so badly). Matt was so kind to spend the time with us that he did, we almost felt like we were imposing but he reassured us we could call or come in any time and he could answer any questions we have. I love that! Having a shop owner who doesn't just sell you something just to make a sale or you find out later your new addition was incompatible. We've really been through the wringer with local fish stores. I have found my new LFS even though it's an hour drive away.

They did have other things for sale like birds, lizards, turtles, guinea pigs and fresh water fish along with all kinds of food and supplies for everything he sold.

Everyone we dealt with was very nice, and cheerful. The woman who helped us so kind and patient as I asked question after question about the purchase we were looking to get for our gkids. We'll be back to finish getting what we need. If definitely recommend them!

I've been a customer of this business for several years. They have great live and frozen feeders, a good assortment of reptiles, birds, amphibians, salt and fresh water fish, and small mammals. We have purchased many fish, and a couple amphibians and crustaceans, along with feed and feeders, and have always been pleased with our purchases. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly, and very willing to make it right if anything goes wrong. Love this store!

Quite the nice service, very friendly. Fishes are healthy and beautiful, they have everything you need for fish care. They even sell Axolotls and other small aquatic pets. Fair prices, they algo have some other pets like hamsters, birds, reptiles, etc. Pretty nice if you're looking for a little friend to add to your family.
