Walked in to reserve. Easy! When we came in we were seated in a booth. Button accessible to call for help. Friendly staff. Just felt the all you can eat price wasn’t quality choices. Food with flavoring was only applied sauce on top which looked hurried. The fire wasn’t evenly distributed, the metal grill didn’t look like it was the right material? The food was not cooking right even when we changed to different temps. Clean but you see an area turned storage when you go to the restroom. Not sure if this is a clean hazard standard. Servers were nice. Been to several ones I hope it’s better next time we come by.

UPDATE: At the urging of some people we know and trust, we gave this place a chance to see if the experience would be different now. It was completely different and far different from our previous visit.
The staff was very friendly and professional while ensuring each customer was receiving great service.
The food was excellent and easily some of the best we have had at a Korean BBQ in the Austin area.
We will definitely be eating here again!

Previous experience: We have tried a few of the Korean BBQ restaurants in the metro Austin area and decided we would give this one a try since it was close to where we were handling business the other day.
While there are several positive reviews, it seems we should have paid attention to the more negative ones.
It was shortly after they opened at noon, so we thought it would be a good time to beat the typical "lunch rush."
There wasn't a line, but we were having to wait to be seated.
It appeared that they were understaffed and the few staff members we saw did look somewhat stressed.
It was at about this time a group ahead of us had an "unpleasant" exchange with a member of the staff and the group left.
We won't go into details, but the exchange was handled so poorly by the staff member that we decided to leave and eat lunch elsewhere.
While we obviously can't comment on the quality of the food, we can state that what several other reviews indicated about the "cleanliness" of the restaurant is something we did notice. Several tables did not appear to be properly cleaned and a couple of staff members were "rushing" to get them clean while we were waiting in line.
It could be there were staff related issues the day we went there and what we witnessed is not the norm.
However, there are other Korean BBQ restaurant options available that we haven't had this kind of experience at and we will be patronizing them in the future instead of taking a chance on this place.

This is the worst Korean restaurant in Austin. The bibimbap lacks flavor and any proper rice crust, and it's far from authentic (who adds carrots as a topping?). The entrees are overpriced, and they don't offer refillable side dishes. The soup comes in a small portion with no kimchi or rice. If you're looking for authentic Korean food, this is not the place.

The meat quality is surprisingly good, well marbled but bit sweet ( I personally like my meats on the sweet side). They are very good at stopping by to change our grill and ask if we wanted more side dishes, more meats or anything else. There are other all you can eat places that have invisible staffs when it comes to ask for extra foods?

We ordered meals “A” and we had plenty of meat selection to choose from, liked the pork belly and bulgogi. The soup and steamed eggs was

This was our first time trying out a Korean BBQ & Hot pot place and I'm really glad we gave it a shot!
Upon arrival staff was kind enough to explain the menu and where the sauce bar was at. We ended up choosing the dinner choice to have more meats to select from. Plus we added the hot pot. I got the mushroom soup w/ramen noodles & my husband got the Japanese miso soup w/udon noodles. They were both flavorful and worth getting! By far my favorite was: spicy bulgogi beef, shrimp dumplings, spicy pork belly, and the crispy egg rolls. The sweet an spicy sauce went well with the food for me ?. I would definitely go again.
The time I went was about 2ish and no line to wait, so that was a plus! The servers were super nice even when our waiter had a break the next guy was still on point with coming around for more food, drinks amd changing our cooking pans. Definitely worth what I paid for.

We recently checked out this Korean BBQ place where you grill your own meat at the table. They have three menu options, but honestly, the basic one is enough unless you're craving something specific from the fancier list. Food is normal, nothing special and since it's a buffet, you do get lots of it, which is nice.

The staff were great – quick to help, happy to show you how the grill worked, and they even swap out the grill regularly so your food doesn't all taste the same. That was pretty cool.

The vibe of the place was kind of stressful with all the people moving around. Plus, it wasn't the cleanest or best-kept spot, which killed the mood for me.

After giving it a go, I don't think we'll be back.

Our waitress was the best ever! She made my 1st experience seemless! Her personality supported an awesome dining experience! The fried rice was delicious. The seafood soup had a great flavor. Grilling our shrimp added to the height of the night. We will be back. Lovely holiday vibe for gathering with family.

We decided to have girls night out and fill up our belly with all-you-can-eat. They have 3 different types of prices to choose from, depending on what kind of meat you want to eat. You can also order other signature Korean dishes in this location which is definitely a plus. However, their alcohol price is 2 times more than it should be. Most of the places I been to, they add 20% tip for service charge in group of 6 people or up. This place however, started with 5 people as a group which was a little upsetting. We weren’t sure why, when they use a robot to deliver the food to the table and customers take the food from the robot themselves.
We enjoyed most of our time there and honestly, their pork was pretty good and servers were nice and quick. Because this place is pretty busy, you have a 2-hour dinning limit during peak hours.
Next time we go back, we would probably avoid the alcohol and go with less people. Lol.
