I love this place in Cedar Park. Has a bit of everything. Everyone that works there is super chill and helpful, and it’s no judgement zone which is nice.
There is also a beautiful blond girl working there that is especially helpful. Every time she is working I’m shocked by how beautiful she is. If I was younger I’d find a reason to hang out there so I could get to know her. She is captivating! Usually girls that look like her are super stuck up, but she is just super helpful. Her energy is intoxicating. Wow!

Pricing is atrocious. They won't be able to compete against online stores. Definitely price check before going into this store. The mark-ups are the worst I've ever seen. Owners must not understand how to get wholesale pricing to improve margins.

While the CS is great and they do manage to to do a great job if you have any questions regarding merch. However after purchasing nearly a dozen items whether they break stop working or just plain suck, the managers there could care less. When I walk into a store with something I got that stopped working within the same week I expect some store credit at the very least. They would help me with a discount a replacement, or even try to fix it so yeah I would say overall experience was nothing special.

This place is kinda small, but that just ads to the small business vibe all Planet K stores have. Sometimes it's busy and parking is kinda tight.
I would back into your spot if you can just to make it easier on yourself on the way out.
Other than that, they've always been very helpful any time that I have came into their store. I'll definitely be back.
