Amazing experience with Aqua SD. Their customer service is incredible. I've been shopping with them for such a long time. They've gone out of their way to help me answer my questions. Just recently, I had an issue with my shipment order from a carrier and I was having issues receiving my order. Aqua SD went above and beyond to help me with this issue.
Most of my live stock such and corals and inverts have come from Aqua SD. The corals and inverts are always arriving healthy with no issues. I also really appreciate all the freebies that were included with my orders. From their stunning corals, customer service, and huge verity, Aqua SD will always be my go to place and a place I would always recommend.

Initially, I had some concerns about Aqua SD, but I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional customer service. They promptly addressed all of my concerns and requirements, and every interaction I had with them was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. The multiple orders I placed were meticulously packaged and arrived without any issues. The specimens I received were not only healthy but also of very high quality. While the items may not always look exactly as pictured due to the nature of live coral, Aqua SD does their best to provide something close or even better. Beware, bought several sps staff mentioned id have my order shipped out in a week due to live orders taking up the shipping slots, once varous acros arrived 2 died (no heater in box temp gun read 70 when i opend the box) and the remainder sps were brown unlike the images used online,

My assumption is some of these companies are using various LED combinations to add filters and create very vibrant. Images of corals. pretty bad experience back-and-forth via email about getting replacements.

I was also told that I had to make a replacement order to receive replacement corals which is unprofessional in my opinion , I’ve worked with multiple online coral vendors and never had this problem before usually companies will send out replacements the next day so far no dice. Will update if this ever gets resolved.

Purchased coral during their Black Friday sale and am impressed with what arrived today. All corals arrived alive and were beautiful. Online they have a large selection of corals- great variety! I initially had an issue where I forgot to pay for shipping but contacted them immediately and they were very helpful. Will order from them again!
