Lucy has been amazing throughout and I will defo be getting my next tank from them( hopefully in a month or so). I collected my 750x600x450mm tank 10mm glass braced from Aquariums4life last week.
The quality of the tank is superb. I chose a custom Opti-white front and sides with a sliding cover and I am really impressed with the result. I feel confident that the aquarium will last a very long time.
Their workshop and display area are amazing to visit, I was really impressed with the vinyl on glass artwork in the display area.
Communication and responsiveness was excellent throughout and they finished the tank sooner than I expected.
I would highly recommend!

Bought my 1200 tank approx 12 months ago and the quality is absolutely superb. Cabinet has no sign of water damage 12 months on. I would highly recommend Aquariums4life if you want a high end tank & cabinet built in the UK, you won't be disappointed. Hoping to upgrade to 6ft sumped freshwater tank at some point and Aquariums4life will be my first choice.

* Update. In February 23 I bought another larger custom built aquarium from Aquariums4life and it was again an excellent built aquarium and cabinet which was professionally delivered and fitted. As before, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

I am a repeat customer with Aquariums4life, ordering 3 aquarium & cabinet builds (1000l, 135l & 300l) over a 4 year period. As far as the build and quality of their aquariums go they are impressive and made to a high standard. I have never had any issues with any of my aquariums and look as good as the day they were delivered. As far as the customer service/communication goes it needs some real attention, more specifically response times and order updates. My first build was estimated to be completed in 10-12 weeks. Covid pushed this to 18 weeks which wasn’t anyone’s fault but I did ask if I could be updated as had an existing aquarium I had to break down and rehome, I recieved no updates unless I reached out and I would often wait a week for a reply (sometimes 2) same issues on my 2nd order, often waiting anything between 1-2 weeks for replies, I expressed my frustration to them about this during this build. And again on my 3rd order, estimated completion time of 12-16 weeks, actually took 27 weeks. At no point between week 16 and week 27 did anyone reach out and let me know there would be a delay or apologise about the delay and explain the situation etc without me having to reach out and prompt for an update. I have actually recently been in touch again for another project I have in mind. I sent a message but have not heard anything back, 2 weeks ago.. attempts at phone calls will just ring out. I wont be convincing a business to take my money and reluctant to accept the same level of customer service again for a 4th time or more so unfortunately will not be using aquariums4life again for future projects. When spending premium you expect premium customer service which I just don’t feel Aquariums4life offer. As i experienced the same issues over multiple orders over multiple years I do not believe this to be a specific isolated incident. Having to wait over a week for a reply is unacceptable, 2 weeks is ridiculous, especially when the build is running late and you’re effectively just left in the dark. In my experience if you buy with aquariums4life you will get a fantastic aquarium but it can be like trying to communicate with a brick wall in between handing over your cash and taking delivery which can leave a sour taste in the mouth.

I got a custom built tank from aquarium s for life at the weekend.
The 8 weeks build time was spot on and the guys delivered it and set it up wow I was so impressed not only with the tank "I love it" but the professionalism of the guys was exceptional.
Well done aquarium's for life I will definitely be back again soon.

Thanks to the two lads who loaded it into my van, and showing me around the workshop. Can't recommend Aquariums4Life highly enough, first class customer service from start to finish.
