This store is great it has a ton of fish and fish supplies. But my BIGGEST complaint isn’t that it’s hot in there. In the hot summer days you can’t even breathe in there. It’s humid and hot. I would like to see all the fish but it’s so hot I can’t stand being there more than 10 minutes!!

Great place with a lot of cool and oddball fish. Lots of salt water stuff to. I got my first monster fish, a tiger shovel nose. We got a bunch of other cool stuff like electric blue rams and butterfly fish and stuff like that. The staff great and very knowledgeable.

A large slection of Discus is about all you will find here or juvenile fish. Most of the fish look sickly. The selection of actual products is ok, nothing you can't buy at any other aquatic store. Staff is fairly helpful. Overall, there are other aquatic stores with a better selection of both product.......and fish that don't look unhealthy.

First Time in 20+ years of reef keeping that I've had Ich in my tank, and it came from two fish that I purchased from this place. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN. Not only did I literally flush a couple hundred dollars in parasite infested fish down the toilet, but now I have to treat my entire 250 Gallon Tank.

I recommend everyone save yourself money, time, and stress, and shop for fish elsewhere. I'll be making the 4 hour round trip to Hayward from now on. Absolutely pathetic and sickening.

Aqua Life Aquarium has some of the most helpful associates and the best & broadest fish selection I have ever seen. They were willing to package my fish as if they were being shipped overnight so I could take them on the airplane with me. They clearly care about their livestock and customers. Would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area or checking out their online store (they ship country wide). The highlight of the store is definitely their extensive discus selection.

The best Discus in the area. I drive 2 hours each way just for these fish. The owner is nice and the tanks are clean and the fish all look healthy. One photo shows the tank at the store the rest are the fish I bought and have now.

We came to pick out a betta and they had a good amount. I had to ask for help because the lady was busy, and the guy at the counter helped me fast. I needed a heater for my 15 gal but they only had 1 option and it was $20. We eneded up going to another spot for the heather.
