John is an A+ aquarium technician who is an expert on systems and has an entertaining personality. Basically my go-to technicians were unavailable when I screwed up reassembling my Sicce Syncra SDC 9.0 return pump and water wasn't circulating. It was a disaster and my four hours of incompetence to troubleshoot failed. John was available when I had no one else to turn to and I kid you not, he solved my problem in under 30 minutes and taught me what I needed to do to avoid my mistake last time. That's the value of an expert who can diagnose & resolve effectively & efficiently. Thanks for everything John, we'll be in touch if I have any issues with equipment again.

Although Mr. John did not have a chiller in stock he still went out of his way to assist me with tracking one down and is more than willing to assist with answering any of my tank questions. John does a fantastic job. He is highly knowledgeable, and goes above the call of duty. Our tank id doing better than it ever has, and the fish and corals are thriving. Aquariums by John is without a doubt one of the most professional aquarium services I have ever used. John is on point with his precision care of each individual tank he cares for and very professional . He has the ability to offer you many options of fish, coral, and so much more to bring a dream aquarium to life, like he did for me! If you are looking for someone to care for your special tailed friends or to even build the perfect aquarium set up then this is definitely your guy! No aquarium is too big! He takes care of my 2000 gallon tank and is soon building an even bigger tank so we can enjoy some more fish friends and he takes care of my little 250 gallon! All in perfect amazing condition! My wet dry filter was leaking and I was leaving for New York the next day. I had water leaching through my tank cabinet on to my living room floor. John was out of town but responded to my query and told me it was probably a leaky hose and gave me a temporary fix to hold me over. When I returned from NY, he came and replaced my hose, and udated my whole setup. He knows his trade and was so very helpful and generous with his time, which he grossly undercharged me for. So, of course I gave him a good and well deserved tip. I will be keeping his number for any furure aquarium issues. I highly recommend his services.
