Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The teachers do not force anything and make sure the classes are a fun environment while still learning. We had a really tough day and the staff was kind enough to let us reschedule. There was an adjustment period for my 2 year old but by class 3 he was excited to go swim and now we are second on class 8 and he is loving it.

There is a reason for this negative review
My son attended 3 month’s regular swim lessons and fast track which is equivalent to another two months.
Punctuality: coaches start 5 min late and end their classes 5 min early. I observed this behavior at least once or twice a week
Improvement: my kid improved a lot compared to what he started . But I feel its bit slow after 5 months of coaching.
Consistency: there is no consistency of coaches. They keep changing.
Curriculum: there is no change in curriculum. After 5 months of coaching I see same lesson on day 1 and on day 151
Untrustworthy: even though your kid is good to go to next level, they will try to keep the kid in the same level as long as you are paying. Everyday coaches will come out and say “he is very good he did awesome today” . If he did good, I dont think he need 5 months to move to next level.

Final verdict: if i have paid same amount for a private tutor , by now he should have learnt how to swim.
Waste of time and money.

Great instructors! They cater to our son’s needs and is showing improvement in such a short period of time. Would highly recommend them for swimming lessons for your kiddos.

Honestly if you are new to swim classes it takes a good amount of adjusting. It's loud as the pool area echos so it can be hard to hear the instructor, especially if your little one is crying. We have stuck with it for 5 weeks so far and our experience improves week over week. I can already see a lot of improvement in how my 2 year old holds her breathe and general comfort level in the water.

It's unfortunate you can't pick the instructor and they can change every session but like anything, it's an adjustment.

My daughter has been attending Aqua Tots swim lessons since she was four months old, and now she is 21 months. Coach Jocelyn and Coach Mason are really good with kids, and both are patient and encouraging. They have helped my daughter become more comfortable in water. Also, all staff is friendly and kind. We'll continue to go to Aqua Tots!
