Certainly a step above the rest! H2O stocks a lot of products that can't really be found elsewhere in the UK which is one of the reasons I chose them. However, despite getting these items I continuously return for my regular items that could be found elsewhere. As whilst these items are found across the internet, the level of service is not. By my own admission, I'm certainly a needy customer and will often call with certain requests or timeframes that are likely annoying. Regardless of this, H2O is always very accommodating with this along with being extremely friendly on the phone and will often explain anything at expense of quite a bit of their time. This is a breath of fresh air from other places where you can be made to be feeling like a notable inconvenience. Nothing is too much trouble and Rachel has been kind to me with every order - sometimes throwing in freebies which is appreciated highly. A lot of respect here, seriously.

Can't recommend H2O enough, shame I don't live nearer to come and visit in person.

The friendliest and most reliable LFS I've been to. The team here are incredible and there is an element of knowing you can count on them if the worst happens with your tank. Rachel always goes above and beyond to help me out of a pinch and takes the time to get to know me and my setup. Plus, it's a dog friendly venue which makes popping in when I'm on a dog walk extra easy. I would 100% recommend any new starters to reefing to visit this shop. I've been doing it for a few years now and thanks to Rachel my tank is thriving and because I have the right equipment it takes very little maintenance. I just get to enjoy it 🙂

Visited today, had driven from Norfolk to see family in Brentwood and looked this shop up. Where I live the marine shops are not a touch on this shop, the selection of corals and colours are amazing and all the coral tables are spotless with no signs of any nasties. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with in store and very helpful and told me of the stores plans for a new setup in store. The selection of dry goods is huge and fish and converts were well stocked. This store is just over a 100 miles away from home but is a store I will be visiting again as you cant get this quality of corals any where near home. Well worth a visit and you wont be disappointed. I come away with a toxic green hammer and dark green zoa colony. Well done H20 aquatics a fantastic store. Thanks also for the extras

This is by far the best aquatic shop in the UK. Everything from the Superfast delivery, Range of equipment and products, Knowledge of the hobby and overall customer experience. Nothing is too much for Rachel and there is nowhere else I would get my equipment from. Shame you are so far away as I would be there for my fish and corals also. Carry on doing what you are you are Miles above the rest ✨️
