This is by far the cleanest aquarium store I've ever been to. You can tell the fish have been quarantined - that means they received some TLC to get rid of ant diseases from the wholesaler. The animals were clearly happy to see the workers as they were passing by- a clear indicator of the treatment of these animals behind the scenes. The plant selection was great as well as the saltwater. But above all the health of the fish and the low prices is what astonished me. These people truly care about the hobby and I hope their business thrives.

They have amazing ? here. Super friendly staff and with a lot of knowledge! Really recommend to come and buy everything u need here. Diversity of fishes ( and healthy) saltwater and freshwater!?. Prices are insane! Most cheap than any place. Lady at reception is amazing, and the guy who help me pick my fishes was amazing too. I will be back really soon!?

Well worth a drive over if you haven’t been! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Shelby always picks out the best fish for my aquariums shout out to Kenny, Vivian, and Kyle as well. Best fish store in Houston. One of my main places to get anything aquarium related. They have pH balanced water here for cheap. Staff know a lot about fish tanks, and you can tell they are all passionate about the hobby. I can always ask questions about what's going on with my tank, and they are able to help. They have a large variety of very healthy fish, and they also have a large variety of hardscape. Best place for all aquarium needs. I have been going here for years

First of all as a customer with "too many questions" this establishment is the most welcoming in the hobby for miles and miles around. Shelby has an awesome and helpful attitude, is quick with a smile and an answer to any question even the silly ones. The staff is very well versed and maintains beautifully crafted tanks with no dead fish or plants! We've never bought sick fish here as the quarantine is maintained and we've made many, many wonderful and meaningful purchases here and will continue to. Thank you HAW for your existence.

Amazing selection and customer service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions, they really know their stuff! Their tanks were all very well kept and they had so many different varieties!

I got a lot of fishes from them. Some survive, while others die. When I call to report losing a fish a few days later, the response I get depends on who answers. Some are concerned about why it happened, while others are rude, saying, 'We cannot help you,' and that’s it. I’m disappointed to see that I bought expensive fish that die within days, and the store seems indifferent. I guess I'm done and will look for another fish store.
