We recently loaded up with K&C Cattle Company's Freezer Builder Bundle, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. This bundle is a meat lover's dream, offering a fantastic variety of cuts including about 20 lbs of ground beef, New York strips, beef ribs, filet mignon, tenderized steak, Denver steaks, and much more. The quality of the meat is exceptional, and everything is packed with care. We also picked up some of the caveman blend and stocked up on short ribs with our last order. The flavors are outstanding, and it's clear that K&C Cattle Company takes pride in their products. The customer service was top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stock up on high-quality beef!

I tried this company because I was having a hard time finding consistently-good meat at grocery stores. I was a little reluctant because there was an $80 minimum but the reviews were good so I gave it a try.

I ordered some meat for a roast and my order was ready for pickup faster than I expected. The scheduling and pickup process was a little strange but there were no issues and I would be okay continuing to pick it up this way. They also deliver so I may try that one day.

All I did was boil the roast for a few hours with only some salt and it was the most delicious beef I've had in a long time. The raw meat had a rich iron smell, almost like milk and the cooked fat was delicious and not bitter at all. I feel so satisfied after eating it.

The price per pound of this top-quality meat is about the same as the pathetic meat at the grocery store. I will never buy it from the grocery store again. I highly recommend this company. Finding this place is life-changing.

I'm so glad I discovered K&C and stopped buying my beef at the grocery store. I've been ordering from them for the last 2 years and have always been happy with the cuts and quality. They often run specials which can be a great value if you don't need to order a 1/4 or 1/2 cow. Even for the holidays they supplied us with an excellent prime rib that was actually cheaper than the grocery store.

The quality of the beef is top notch. We had a mishap with my original order whitch lead to disappointment. I was contacted by the customer support team, and they made moves to make it right. I'll definitely be making more orders simply for the customer service, but again, the beef is amazing quality.

Oh my goodness, where to start 🙂 We eat a lot of beef. Very proud to support what y'all are doing with The Beef Initiative. I've eaten a lot of K&C beef in the last few years - ordered several boxes, plus enjoyed your beef at special events. Just got a new delivery last week and cooked my first NY Strip in the box. I don't have words for how perfect and delicious it is! The real testament is from my husband. He is very sick, awaiting a combination liver & kidney transplant. He used to regularly enjoy a good steak but over the past couple years he has lost his appetite for almost everything, has lost a lot of weight. I never grill steak for him anymore because he never wants to eat it. I just gave him a small bite of my delicious NY Strip and I said "Try this, it's the best steak I've ever eaten in my life." He then proceeded to eat my whole steak! Now I gotta grill me another one ... Thank you Cole!

We just had the pleasure of buying 1/2 a cow through K&C Cattle Company. Cole and Michael walked us through the process and made the delivery part super easy. The quality of the beef is as outstanding as the service.

A random ribeye and a strip steak is pictured below. These are prime quality and the taste is as good as it looks.

We received a lot of ground beef as a part of the package and its is definitely on the leaner side. If I had to guess, I'd say its between 85/15 and 90/10 so you aren't getting a lot of filler in the ground beef. its packaged in 1-pound vacuum sealed bags (what we asked for) so its easy to thaw by just throwing the hole package in water.

We have a lot of beef to go through but we are happy with our purchase and would certainly recommend K&C Cattle. We will be ordering from K&C again.
