My family and I were just visiting the area, and I found this aquarium store dubbed “The largest aquarium store in the area!” So we visited it ten minutes before they closed. The employee was very nice, and didn’t rush on everything we needed to know on how to buy our frag pack. So we went home and put our brand new zoas in our saltwater tank. The thing is though, one of them has aiptasia on it! Very good aquarium store, I would just check the corals.

Wow!!! Amazing place to shop for aquarium products. They have Tanks, Stands, Filters, Connectors, decoration, sand, rocks, and plenty of fish. Fresh water fish and Salt water fish aswell as corals and much more.

My tank was built and set up by lax…without me asking they put the slump in backwards and the door on crooked then glued up the back side.The slump prevented the door from being adjusted and the door prevents the slump from being removed.

I could go on about the issues I’ve had with LAX but ultimately most are opinions about the owner. However the most important thing is don’t let them build your tank they DO NOT KNOW HOW…. And it voids the warranty when they assemble the tank backwards.

If you can’t tell the crooked door eventually made the glass pull apart Turing this 90 gallon tank into a reptile cage.

*** added a receipt in response to being told im not a customer Scott is my middle name. I also spent 3k on a friends and family PayPal for deposit. Along side of maybe 4-5k in coral and fish.

I absolutely have the right to complain I did it 4 years ago in person to you directly when I got the tank crooked and backwards and now again that it’s completely given out.

Drove 3 hours from the Coachella Valley, LAX aquarium did not disappoint! I've been to quite a few other shops in the area, but my opinion is, this is the nicest. First off, it's very well organized, tanks (fish & coral) are very clean. The variety is top notch. Dry good section is unbeatable. Lots of stores are either heavy with fish/coral/inverts and little dry goods or the other way around. LAX is NOT that store. It's evenly balanced they have everything you need at fantastic prices. I can say that I 100% saved money, pretty substantial too. Let's not forget the unsung heros as well. The employees! There's an amazing team there to help with all your questions and needs. I had my 4 kids with me and they're were also very patient with us. Thank you for everything, and I'll be a forever customer ?

This is honestly the best place in town for aquarist. They have shipment if new coral selections weekly, you can find lots of rare species at this facility.. Kris is the owner of this place and he is great at having his team assist you with questions and pricing. I bought my 175g red sea reefer with him and I love it so much.

My family and I drove 2hrs to come here and I am beyond please. I received so much knowledge for the best price FREE. The establishment was so clean and the fish seemed to be healthy and thriving. I was not sold thing for the betterment of the business I was sold things for the betterment of my tank. Customer service was good and to ME the price was good. He even took the time to show us how to set up the Live Rock. Super experience and will make my way back in the future.

Excellent staff and selection. Staff is patient and knowledgeable. Flew in a couple months ago and researched this place ahead of time and it is a must stop. If was perfectly located next to my car rental return. I let staff know what I was doing, and owner took the time making sure he boxed everything up for me, as I took some corals on carry-on with me. He even slapped a "Live Animals" sticker on box and made the LAX security a breeze. Got these awesome zoos (some sleeping in this pic) and mushies that get 1.5 across 2.5 months later! Thanks guys!
