Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went there for my first aquarium, and 3 days later, I purchased my second one. I was given advice on the type of fish that can be put together and detailed instructions on care and regular maintenance.

I'm considering buying a third aquarium just because I trust the staff to give me the right guidance every time. They won't sell you what you don't need.

Definitely recommend!

Huge variety of fish for choosing. Mr. Nick is professional and helpful, even I just buy a little snail and fish, he is willing to teach me how to care them.

Lower Morden branch is excellent. So helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend people to go here for advice, don't bother with YouTube as we did to work out how to prime our tank filter. Every time was a stressful chore following the video on YouTube. After a day of failure, yesterday we took the whole filter to Lower Morden branch. He showed us the correct way of priming. It was so easy. I had even ordered a new filter as I was so stressed. They have always been brilliant on fish advice, now they are even more brilliant!

I came in to the store on Saturday as I wanted some new additions for my big South American cichild tank, I was helped by Joe and Kara who honestly couldn’t have been more helpful- Joe helped me choose some compatible tank mates (FINALLY my tank was ready for an Oscar- really looking forward to seeing the growth on this guy!) and he was super super knowledgeable about species and compatibility and just a really friendly human who clearly know his stuff and cares about the well-being of the fish! I would absolutely recommend coming here whether you’re a beginner fish keeper or an advanced one like myself - really lovely people, super knowledgable and really lovely and well maintained store!! Will definitely be back- huge shout out to Joe and Kara!! ?

An incredible store with so much variety in both fish and aquariums. Really knowledgeable guy (I wanna say Lewis but I can’t quite remember) and even carried out bits to the car for me. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely place!! where you can find beautiful things, even the ones that you can never imaging. For me, very selective items that look very exclusive.
