The staff and shop manager are fantastic. Great knowledge and experience! You will be asked what fish ? you already have to make sure the fish they sell you are compatible! I could spend so much money on the great selection of fish. And they even managed to get the red severums I really wanted

Absolutely superb visit today. Jenny provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly and professional and helped me come up with a really good solution to creating a pond. Wonderful aquatics shop, they had the biggest puffer fish I've ever seen! Such an array of different fish to buy we didn't know where to look first. The tropical fish were unbelievably beautiful. The staff were very attentive and friendly when we bought our Dr fishes. Can't wait to go back!

I visited the shop on September 23rd to purchase a betta fish, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ben, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed for my new pet. It's not often that you come across such excellent customer service, and Ben's dedication to his job truly made my day.

I also had a brief interaction with Hanne, and she was equally lovely. Both seem genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows in their customer interactions.

Sushi, has settled into his new tank perfectly, thanks to their expert advice. He’s even started to make friends with the cats. I believe it's important to share positive experiences, and this shop definitely deserves recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you, Ben and Hanne.

LONG READ BUT FEEL ITS NEEDED!!

I came down yesterday (30th march) and spoke with Ben and jenny

What an absolute pleasure, spent roughly 2 hours in the store checking everything out and talking with the 2 people mentioned above, VERY knowledgeable people who were more than happy to explain everything.

I came in ready to ask a load of questions and ask for recommendations and walked away very happy with the information,

Managed to get a new heater,sand, airline pipe,air pump with dual flow control and pellet food as I wanted to move away from flakes, oh and a bubbler skull ☠️

The main thing I’m happy with was the information on why I’ve been battling with ammonia levels for weeks to find out my KH was causing the problem, 24 hours later and my KH is spot on and ammonia coming down (I would never have know this fix if it wasn’t for the 2 people mentioned above as no forum I read mentioned it)

My fish are already more active and loving the new food and sand

Will definitely be back In 3 weeks to get a few other bits I need like the fluval 307 or 407 external filter and a water pump for water changes and also a few other bits for maintenance

Great selection of plants and healthy. Staff all very friendly and accomodating. Went up with the dogs and they are welcome everywhere except the restaurant.
Could do with some benches where we could have sat with the dogs and had a cake and coffee ? if there were some that's my bad! We will be back for winter plants ?

Had lovely fish from here, but unfortunately one of our most recent purchases has ended in sadness. After a matter of less than 2 weeks, and a very quick decline she has died. Based on her look we called her Toothless, and thought we we rescuing her from isolation. Seems we both paid a sad physical & financial price for that decision. I just hope it was nothing which will damage our other fish.
