My son and I popped in just to browse, and I was very impressed with the shop. The selection was decent, the tanks were all very clean, and all the fish looked healthy and well-cared for. It makes me miss my fish keeping days!

Very nice place to start having your first aquarium at home...
Lots of choices..!!
Small , big , plain black or colorful too..
Including salt water specimens...
A Beautiful way to start a ecosystem at home giving a great hobbie and something to talk with your family and friends...
I have it before .. A will look for something for my daughter too , very soon I hope..
The only thing I can say is that it NEEDS a better way to keep the tanks and also the pathways clean...
So everyone can enjoy this...

Very shady company, stay away from these people at all cost! They have countless bad reviews on their eBay page of customers bad experiences and their unethical business practices, I ordered 12 pounds of carbon from them and they only sent 6 pounds. Contacted them multiple times with no answer CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!

I had come into the store a couple of times before actually buying my aquarium and the staff has always been so helpful. No matter who I talk to they are always so patient with the questions that I asked. Throughout the whole process of me buying my aquarium I feel like I can go to them for all of my fish/coral needs.

I thought the owner didn't like me for some reason. I can climb down my pedestal now, he doesn't like anyone. No greeting, no big deal. I had to interrupt his conversation with one of his employees (I apologized for it when I shouldn't have) to get service and he acted like I ruined his whole day. The worst part? I went back twice more and it happened every time. No greeting, and when I asked for help an eye roll or deep sigh. My family and I were always in your store in Ventura.We were always treated so well! I was so happy to know you were here in T.O ! It hurts my heart to say I won't be going back. Now I have to settle for big box stores instead of giving my money to a locally owned business.

The store has lots and lots of beautiful sea life displayed and staff members who are very friendly and ready to help you with your needs. The only thing the store needs is full attention on every angle, ASAP. If the company can hire someone to clean the store 2-3 days a week, they'd be on track.

This store is great! The staff are helpful and informative. Derek gave great customer service and gave us lots of advice. We are new aquarium owners and of course have lots of questions and concerns. Derek answered each question with ease and gave us many different ideas and options for our tank. We will definitely be coming back!
