They used to be very good at customer service but that has driven down. They focus mainly on their YouTube channel that they don’t care about reality. We customers can’t even get a hold of these guys and when we order they never ship on time like what the shipping policy states. Last time I’ll be buying from these guys. Buying somewhere else that ships on time.

Sent an email yesterday and I even called today and left a voicemail. No replies. SMH.

Update: Yesterday I called at 3:46pm then at 6:50pm they called me to let me know my items were shipped and that there was an error with my checkout due to express checkout. I’ve always used the same checkout all those times I purchased from them and they were just trying to find an excuse but I am happy this got resolved. Still wouldn’t buy from them again.

There hours can be a little frustrating but the service is great and the selection of lures is top notch. I have bought multiple high end rods from the and they have been great. I can't wait to try out some JDM baits! Highly recommend oh and there videos are awesome!!!

Been to this store MANY times. Baits NOBODY else has or can get are usually here. The staff is ALWAYS helpfull. Only one question, when
is the in-store shopping coming back? DEFINITELY a store to go see.

The crew at the Hook Up are absolutely the best in my opinion. The selection and knowledge about their products is the main reason I stop by. If your in the neighborhood I recommend stopping by and checking them out.

Spent a few days in Phoenix on vacation. This was a bucket list stop for me and was so excited to finally visit the shop. We drove 45 minutes after confirming they were open from 12pm-4pm. Arrived to find not even a sign on the door saying they were closed. I checked their social media pages and nothing was posted about being closed. An employee came out and half-heartedly apologized.

A huge disappointment to say the least. This lack of effort on their part says a lot about how little they care about their customer base.

If your worm isn’t getting any action CALL THE HOOkUP! Great place to go if you are just getting into fishing and need to know what to get. Very helping in showing you how to use different bates. They seem like they really enjoy helping people get into the sport instead of other places who are just waiting to go home.
